Use and orders

Use this storefront lawfully, give accurate order details, and use only a payment method you are authorized to use. Do not interfere with the site or attempt unauthorized access. Product pages describe the offered option; review included items before buying. An acknowledgement or authorization alone does not guarantee acceptance or stock.

Delivery and after-sales

The Shipping Policy separates the 1–2-business-day preparation estimate from the 4–6-business-day carrier estimate. Under the Refund Policy, new defective and non-defective goods may be returned and exchanges are accepted if requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Non-defective goods must be unused. An approved mail return uses the free prepaid label included in the package, with no restocking fee.

An approved refund is processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 days; posting can take longer. These terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded. Questions can be sent through Contact Us.
