How long does delivery take?

Order handling normally takes 1–2 business days after payment authorization, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days of carrier transit. These periods are separate.

May I return an unused item?

Yes. New, unused non-defective items and new defective items may be returned, and exchanges are accepted, if requested within 30 calendar days of delivery. See the Refund Policy for the approval process.

Is there a return charge?

There is no restocking fee, and a free prepaid label is packed with the order for an approved mail return. Ask us if your label cannot be used.
