What can be returned or exchanged

We accept defective and non-defective merchandise for return, and we accept exchanges. Ask within 30 calendar days after delivery. All returned goods must be new; an item without a defect must also be unused and in its original condition.

Request approval before mailing

Email hojikureh39@gmail.com with your order number, item and desired resolution. Describe a defect or shipping error and provide photos when useful. A qualifying unused non-defective return does not require proof of a fault. Wait for approval and the specific return destination before mailing.

Label, fees and refund timing

A free prepaid return label is included in the package for an approved mailed return. Contact us if it is missing or unusable. We do not charge a restocking fee. An exchange depends on replacement availability. After approving a refund, we process and initiate it to the original payment method within 10 days; the bank or card provider may take longer to post it.

This policy does not limit rights that applicable law makes non-excludable.
