Order and carrier timing

We prepare authorized orders in approximately 1–2 business days. Once the parcel leaves us, the estimated carrier journey is another 4–6 business days. These are separate estimates, not a promised arrival date; weekends and applicable holidays are outside business-day counts.

Delivery details

We serve addresses in the United States. Checkout displays the shipping options and charges for the destination you enter. Please verify the address before paying, since a dispatched order may not be editable.

Tracking or damage

Carrier tracking can take time to show its first scan. If a package is delayed, missing or damaged, keep its packaging and contact hojikureh39@gmail.com with the order number and available tracking details. For an item problem, review the Refund Policy.
